What materials do you use?

Pastel Materials:

  • Sennelier soft chalk pastels
  • Mungyo Gallery soft oil pastels
  • Arches cold pressed watercolour paper
  • Sennelier oil pastel fixative spray

Watercolour Materials

  • Windsor and Newton Cotman Watercolour palette
  • Himi Gouache
  • Arches cold pressed watercolour paper

Fine Art Print Materials:

  • All prints are hand painted pieces digitally scanned and printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag for longevity and durability.

Do you sell the original piece or only prints?

Currently, I am only selling prints of my artwork unless it is a commission.

In the future, I hope to do notified drops for a fair chance at the original hand painted version.
Do you take international commissions?

Unfortunately, I am only accepting Canadian commissions at the moment.

How can I order a commission?

There are multiple ways you can get the process started:

  1. Contact me by filling out the contact form on this website.
  2. Email me: faeriepaint@gmail.com
  3. Fill out the waitlist form in the contact section (will only be available when commissions are full or closed).
  4. DM through Instagram or Tiktok.

We will plan your desired piece through a series of messages (email, DM's), detailing exactly what you want.

Small pieces (5x7 or smaller): full payment is needed.
Medium - Large: a non-refundable 50 percent (%) deposit is required for me to begin the final piece. The rest will be payed upon shipment.

you are responsible for shipping costs.

I have no responsibility after the commission has been shipped.

How do you choose your frames?

*Frames are only for original hand painted work and commissions. Prints do not come framed. *

All frames are personally sourced through a combination of retail stores and antique/thrift shops. Some frames may be slightly scratched due to age and being second hand.

We will thoroughly discuss what frame would work best for your vision <3
When will I get my order?

Online Orders:

  • Processing and shipping take about 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Commissions

  • Commissions are handcrafted and made just for you, so please allow me 1-3 weeks after confirming the initial design process.
Do you offer delivery or pick-up?

I am based in Southern Ontario, I can deliver or meet up anywhere in the GTA, Waterloo, or Niagara region. There will be a small added delivery fee.

Do you accept refunds and returns?

I do not accept returns or refunds unless the package has been damaged prior to or during delivery.

Please email me if this situation arises! Partial refund or reshipping may be possible.
